Station Lodge - Free Off-Site Health Club Access With Pool, Sauna, Steam Room & Gym - Windermere

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was perfect. The facilities were pretty nice too. The location was brilliant in the fairly nice area. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake...

There were immaculate rooms with a frosted window with wheely bins right outside.

Perfect Spot for Family Fun

Had a fab 2-night stay! Love that it's super clean and quiet. The best part was the pool and sauna, definitely worth the 30 min walk! We had our own parking spot too, handy. One guy helped us with the lock when we arrived, but no other staff around. A little weird with no reception.

The King Room was supervery comfy and tidy, felt really fresh. Loved the hot shower and the spaciousness. Just wish there were a few more grab bars in the bathroom for safety.

The location was amazin, right next to the train station and loads of shops and places to eat nearby. The room was super clean and comfy. We loved the access to the gym and pool! Everything felt modern and fresh, and the shower was hot and stayed hot. Communication with the host was easy and quick, a big plus!

I loved the access to the sauna and pool. It was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The room was clean, spacious, and had a modern feel. The location was ideal for exploring the Lake District, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The parking situation could be tricky at times as there weren't enough spaces available.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely tv and an electric kettle for tea and coffee. The shared kitchen was a great touch. Plus, the location was fantastic for exploring the surrounding area.

No daily room cleaning .

I enjoyed the clean and modern decor. The health club access was a wonderful perk, especially with its lovely pool and sauna.

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

A Refreshing Getaway in Windermere

Close by, I enjoyed a quick pizza from a local eatery and found affordable treats at the Spar. The convenience of dining options and the relaxing atmosphere. I recommend checking out the health club facilities for a complete experience!

The room was spacious and clean, providing a great base for exploring the area. Though the shower corner got wet and there was no on-site parking, the location was ideal next to public transport. Staff were helpful, and the pool access added a nice touch.

Staying in the king room was awesome! It was super spacious, clean, and we loved the smart TV for binge-watching Netflix when it rained. Plus, the pool and gym were such nice bonuses! Only wish the dining options were a bit better, but still, it was a chill getaway.
